A modern and cozy oneroom studio for 1 person near the city centre of Enschede. It is closeby supermarkets, other shops and located in a quiet street with almost no traffic.
The space
The oneroom studio is located on the 2nd floor and consists of one private room: there is a double bed, a living area and a small kitchen. Also a flatscreen TV is available in the room.
The studio is your ‘personal domain’ in the house. The bathroom, located one floor below the studio, is shared with me and with other guests who stay in the other rooms.
Your own kitchen has a small refrigerator, an electric stove, an oven/microwave combination and a water cooker. So everything is in place for you to cook and eat a nice
meal.
The living area is decorated with a comfortable couch and side table, a dining table with two chairs and a wardrobe. There is free wireless internet available and the room has a nice view
to the friendly 'neighbours' behind the house: several deer that walk just behind the buildings on a small field.
Shared bathroom
The shared bathroom is fitted with a spacious shower, a toilet, a washstand and mirror with proper lighting, a large bath and a hairdryer.
Guest access
The oneroom studio is entirely yours: you have your own private living area, kitchen and bedroom. The
front door, the bathroom, corridor and passage will be shared.
The rest of the house is not accessible: this is where I live myself.
Interaction with guests
Do you have any questions? Feel free to ask me! I now live more than 10 years in Enschede and can give you tips or help if you need to find something in the city. Plus, I enjoy having a conversation and getting to know you some more.
Other
I am working 4 days of the week and will be home at the end of the afternoon around 18:00.
Checking in is possible 24 hours per day. There is a small key cabinet located at the front door where you can get the key to access the house and the room when I am not at home
yet.
Using the washing machine is possible for a small fee of 3 euro per wash. The studio has its own drying rack, iron board and ironer
